Does PR Need Project Management

Does PR need project management? Absolutely.

While PR is often seen as creative chaos with brilliant ideas and perfect pitches, the reality is that successful campaigns rely on solid project management to deliver measurable results.

Clear briefs, organised timelines, defined responsibilities, and regular communication create the framework that allows ideas to flourish and translate into a solid PR campaign.

Great campaigns are built on plans, people, and processes that work in harmony.
